This program in Health Studies has been designed for the student who is interested in pursuing post-secondary education in Health Care (Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Holistic Medicine, etc.), but is still undecided about the focus of his/her higher studies or future direction or the health care profession he/she wants to pursue.

Completion of this pre-professional program may help the student enter the professional studies of his/her choice. This program may also be of interest to someone who does not necessarily want to pursue a career in health care but has an inherent interest in health care for personal or professional reasons.

The two levels of studies offered by the Dominican International Institute prepares the individual to study courses which could lead to a wide variety of careers in Health, but also in Arts, Humanities, Business, Social Sciences and, Cultures.

All programs, including Continuing Education programs are available on-line.Labs & Clinical Training however must be completed at the school and/or at designated facility. Credits earned can be transferred for training in many other professions e.g. Business, Health Care, Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences or Language & Cultures. New classes start in January, April, July and October.  Accelerated programs, credits for previous studies, scholarships, student loans and easy monthly payment facilities are available.
