Medical Case Management Specialists facilitate the achievement of client wellness and autonomy, through advocacy, assessment, planning, communication, education, resource management, and service facilitation. Based on the needs and values of the client, and in collaboration with all service providers, the case manager specialists link clients with appropriate providers and resources, for an efficient, equitable and desirable outcomes.

There are tremendous demands for medical case management professionals in hospitals, acute & long-term care facilities, nursing homes, insurance companies, addiction prevention & treatment facilities, child welfare services, etc. There are also opportunities to set up an independent & lucrative private practice.

The 720 clock-hour (1-year) program is designed for students who are looking for a career change, after having been in health care, including  nurses, and foreign medical graduates. The 1440 clock-hours (2-year) program requires at least a Bachelor’s degree but candidates with Associate Degree and experience in health care may be considered.

All programs, including Continuing Education Programs are available on-line,Labs & Clinical Training however must be completed at the school and/or at designated facility.

CERTIFICATE

24 Courses = 600 clock hours
Tuition: $7,850.00
Cost for 8-hours CPR & First Aid mandatory course  is included. Additional courses can be had for $5/hour
DIPLOMA
Trimester 1-8  (2-years)
